St. Mary School is in search of a director for our hot lunch program. Duties include planning, shopping, preparing, serving, and kitchen clean-up 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). The position averages 12-15 hours per week, follows the school calendar, and pays $15 per hour.

Must complete a Food Safety Certification Program (SMS will cover cost) and work with local health department doing food safety inspections and drop ins.

The best candidate would be dependable, friendly, a problem solver, and be able to plan, prepare, and serve nutritional meals for students and staff at a fast pace. Must be able to follow all rules and regulations to maintain high standards of quality food production, sanitation, safety practices, and customer service.
