Catholic Schools Week will be celebrated this year from January 31 to February 5. A calendar of events is attached. This year will be rather low key due to our restrictions. Unfortunately there will be no special person day.
Mr. Ed. Our lunchroom supervisor and friend, Ed Linse, has left to be with his family in Oklahoma. We will miss him terribly around here but send him our love and prayers as he recovers surrounded by his children. Please keep him in your prayers.
Spelling Bee: Our Annual spelling for students in grades 5-8 will be held on January 22. Mrs. Dvoracek emailed the words to parents with students in those grades and gave each student a list of words to study. Please remind your child to study. Practicing spelling words is a great thing to do together as family. January 21: We have a full day of school on this day. The Public Schools has a half day. There is no end of the day bussing available. January 22: We have a half day of school on Friday, January 22 and dismiss at 11:00. There is bussing available. This marks the end of the 2nd marking period! Report cards will come home on Monday, January 25. Please get in touch with your child’s teacher if you would like to schedule a conference.
January 29: We have a full day of school on this day. The Public School has remote learning. There is no bussing on this day. Help needed: We are still looking for help on Fridays for lunch duty.
