History: St. Mary School Athletic Department was first introduced in September 2024 with Middle School Cross Country for boys and girls in grades 6-8th. Since then, we have added boys Basketball and boys and girls Track & Field. In January 2026, we had students participate on a co-op Alpine Ski Race team with Petoskey St. Michael.

Looking Ahead: We are a young program but growing with each sport season. In time, are looking forward to adding more athletic opportunies for SMS and Homeschool students. Go Guardians!
